Jim Tolson5 StarVery professional. Carefully removed a problem tree and trimmed other trees as needed . Tree stump was cut down to ground level. Clean-up was perfect. They arrived on time and performed the work in careful but quick fashion. Davey Tree Service is the best! Don’t trust random un-licensed guys that come to your door. Sandra Fischer5 StarDavey Tree also fertilizes our grass, trees and shrubs . They spray as needed for disease, insect problems, etc. Will, our assigned arborist, is willing to stop by if we have a problem or question. Everyone, including office staff, is respectful, helpful, and pleasant.

YaYa to 35 StarWe were customers of Care of Trees for years and we were nervous when the two companies merged. We need not have been! The same outstanding customer service and tree care continues. And it continues across the Davey offices; our "home" office is Dulles and when we had Davey come out to our daughter's new Manassas home it happens her office is the Chantilly one. ALL the employees in both offices and the field are terrific! The care taken for projects both extra large and very small is beyond compare. I was most impressed that all team members were highly knowledgable of the tree types being trimmed/pruned and stabilized. They even assessed existing plantings on the property for me. Interesting it is that they were not the highest, nor the least expensive of the quotations that I received. I made my selection on their well-written quote that included supportive documentation. What they offered is the great service that I received. Only one last thing. They need to send me their invoice so that I can happily remit funds! YEAH!Wednesday 21st April 2021
