We are a family owned and run Choose and Cut Christmas Tree
Farm located in north western Loudoun County, one mile south of the renowned (but not round) Lovettsville Squircle.

Directions: From Leesburg: take Route 7 west (past Leesburg), right on Route 9 west,
5 miles. Right on Route 287 (Berlin Turnpike) north, 4.7 miles. Left on Householder Road, 0.7 mile.
Farm on the left.    Or from Frederick, MD: take Route 340 west to Route 17 South
(Brunswick, MD) to Route 287 south. 1 mile south of Lovettsville. Right on Householder Road,
0.7 mile. Farm on left.
Products: Choose and Cut blue, meyer and white spruce; douglas and concolor fir;
Scotch and white pine. Trees range in height from tabletop to 6.5 ft. Fresh pre-cut
trees from our farm and wreaths sold out. Christmas Shop, including handmade
ornaments, tree stands and complimentary hot cider, open Saturday-Sunday only.
Services: Scenic views; wagons and farm equipment; life-size cartoon caricatures for picture-taking
opportunities. Saws and tree carts provided; free baling and twine; complimentary hot cider (Saturday-Sunday only)
and other free gifts for children.

Adam Catterson5 StarThis was our second year in a row getting a Christmas Tree from these folks and it was a great experience both times. Very friendly & happy owners and staff! The tree selection is great. We like the Blue Spruces. Prices are very fair & reasonable.
When it’s all done they will even tie the tree with twine for you for free. As well there is Free cups of hot cider and cool back drops of the Peanuts characters to take pictures with the kiddos.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to cut down their own tree and make some magical holiday memories.Monday 28th November 2022

Christie Macomber5 StarWow! This place is a real gem! Loved coming here to cut down a tree on this gorgeous warm day. Beautiful farm, exceptionally well-maintained, kind and very helpful employees. This farm was not too crowded, had lots of parking, and trees (along with wreaths and other cute ornaments in the shop) were EXTREMELY well-priced. Thanks for a lovely tree-cutting experience to kick off this holiday season. We will be back!Saturday 28th November 2020
Lyle Reger5 StarDecided to try this place out, having never done the cut your own tree thing. Worked out great. Prices were about on par with big box stores but much better than the landscaping places. Selection was great too and we were there on their last day of the season.
