We were very impressed with the service we received from Butler Tree Service. Shelly in the office was very pleasant to work with, and we were able to schedule a free estimate within a day or two of our call. We had one very large decayed Maple tree removed, as well as some major limbs that were growing towards the house - in all, service to 8 trees. Alfonso and crew were very proficient and precise in their work. They had great pride in their work and it showed. They cleaned up our property nicely, no sawdust even visible. Billy, the owner provided a competitive quote and checked on our satisfaction. Our property looks fantastic! My husband and I don't typically leave reviews for companies after work is completed at our house because there are not many companies that will exceed our expectations. Mr. Butler, his onsite team, and Shelly in the office exceeded our expectations!!! Mr. Butler and his team initially removed one tree in our front yard, and we were some impressed with his work that we asked if he would remove the five (5) trees belonging to our neighbor that adjoined our property in the back. The tree roots is/was pushing up our driveway asphalt. Mr. Butler and Shelly worked with us through the process of receiving approval from the owner of the adjoining property for removal of the trees. The owner stalled and after months of waiting, the owner returned the signed authorization letter, and the work could be done. On the day the work was scheduled, Mr. Butler and his team arrived early and immediately went to work. They are fast, efficient, and were extremely thorough in the cleanup and removal of the roots after the trees were cut. We very much enjoyed our communication with Mr. Butler and Shelly throughout the process as they treated my husband and I with respect and provided consideration when warranted. Extremely quick, no nonsense tree removal. They came and removed the trees a couple days after the estimate and they had all of the equipment necessary to complete the job. They had the job done in an hour (two huge trees taller than my house) The pricing was very reasonable especially considering how close my trees were to my home. All-in-all I would recommend this company to anyone. Edit: Would keep in mind however they do not take credit cards.

Removed the trees as expected. But what was not expected was how clean the work area was after completing. Unlike previous tree removal I had performed, there were no wood chips left everywhere. They were amazing, I know because my neighbors told me how proficient they were.

We couldn't be happier with the work Butler Tree Service did for us. We'd asked for an estimate on removing 3 trees and the price was very good compared to other estimates we'd received. When they came to do the work, I asked them to give a price on removing a 4th tree - they quickly did so and we agreed to the change on the spot. The crew worked quickly, did the job well, and cleaned up the yard nicely afterward. Very pleased and I highly recommend them!
